Every document ends in one of three clear outcomes. The outcome is decided by explicit checks on the document itself and on how it compares with the rest of the case, not by a score.
All document checks passed and the information is consistent with the rest of the case. Figures on the payslip match the employment contract, calculations add up and nothing suggests the file has been edited.
